The staff showed amazing friendliness. The location worked great, especially because of its proximity to the Winter Gardens. I also got a room upgrade on check-in to room 1.. it was very kind.
I found a blood stain on the bedding, and that bothered me. The TV remote was missing. The door proved very hard to lock and unlock, even with extra instructions..
